‘Miles Davis Quintet – Live In Europe 1967’ Named This Year’s Best Historic Jazz Recording

The critically acclaimed “Miles Davis Quintet – Live In Europe 1967: The Bootleg Series Vol.1” was awarded as Best Historic Recording/Boxed Set at this year’s JJA Jazz Awards, held by the Jazz Journalists Association. The award follows the set’s earlier wins in both the JazzTimes Critics’ and Readers’ polls as “#1 Reissue of 2011.”
