NEXT LEVEL BADASS / MILES DAVIS & FRANCINE TURK OPENS 9/21 IN CHICAGO, COMMEMORATING THE 90TH BIRTH YEAR OF MILES DAVIS

NEXT LEVEL BADASS | MILES DAVIS & FRANCINE TURK gives unprecedented interpretation of one of the most prolific artists of our time. The exhibition chronicles Turk’s year-long process of excavating Davis’s journals and researching those who were closest to him. She reimagines Davis’s creative spirit by incorporating his sketches and verses into collaborative collage drawings on Chateau Marmont stationery and by creating epic, large-scale portraits as uncompromising as the man himself.
